FLORA BUILDING AND ZONING REPORT

Building and Zoning Official Chad Bayles presented his monthly report for March during Monday’s Flora City Council meeting. 

Bayles’ Report shows 5 new residential Construction projects were undertaken in March, valued at $39,871.

There were 2 new commercial projects started, valued at $125,300.

And there were no new industrial projects started during March.

There were 7 total new projects in Flora valued at $165,172 with $295 collected in permit fees and $50 in deposit fees for March.

For the year-to-date Residential figures, there’s 12 total projects valued at $112,072.  For year-to-date Commercial projects there’s 5 valued at $169,100 and no Industrial projects so far this year.  For the year-to-date, there are 17 total projects valued at $281,172 with $885 collected in permit fees and $700 in deposit fees collected for 2024.
